One of the nation’s largest transit systems in the United States embarked on a multi‑year Oracle Cloud implementation journey and needed a cohesive brand system to bring clarity and alignment to its modernization efforts.
A single deliverable quickly expanded into an embedded creative director–designer role, built through close collaboration with the program leaders and change management partners.
The resulting brand system strengthened the program’s messaging, unifying the initiative for employees and helping the system better serve its millions of riders.
